Your roleWhat You'll Be DoingCorpay is currently looking to hire an Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) within our Roomex brand, a leading booking platform to manage workforce travel, accommodation, and expenses. With easy access to global accommodation options, the Roomex platform enables bookers to secure the best price via an on-line customised portal. The automated booking process, combined with analytics, pay and tracker tools within the platform provides a seamless experience.
We're a fast-growing company, doubling year on year, but our ambitions don’t stop there. Having proven our ability to attract and retain customers we are now at the exciting phase of scaling up all aspects of the company as we expand into new markets. A critical component of this is our continued investment in our UK&I sales team, including this newly created role to focus on Enterprise businesses. You will be part of a supportive team, and this role will demand self-management, resilience, and focus.
This is a great opportunity for you to enhance and further your career in a professional Inside Sales environment. You will directly contribute to increasing Roomex revenue forward by initiating interactions with prospects that will eventually become well-qualified opportunities for the company.
You will find new prospects through outbound calls, inbound lead management and email or social campaigns orchestrated alongside our Marketing team, leveraging a range of multi-channel selling tools to create conversations that will allow Roomex to exceed revenue targets. The overall goal for the role is develop relationships leading to meetings with members of the Enterprise Sales Team who can then guide the prospects through the sales funnel.

How We WorkAs a BDR, you will be expected to work in a remote, home-office environment. We will set you up for success by providing:
- Company-issued equipment
- Remote access
- Hands on training
- Quarterly team meetups either in the UK or Ireland
Role Responsibilities
- Making initial high-level introductions on the Roomex proposition, often to senior executives in prospect companies
- Completing professional introductions about the prospect to the Roomex Sales Manager
- Generating, developing, managing, and closing a pipeline of opportunities to consistently build a pipeline of appointments for our sales team to engage with
- Identifying, qualifying, overcoming objections, and scheduling follow-up conversations with qualified opportunities
- Assisting in conferences and other events attended by the Enterprise Sales team
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working within a Corporate Travel business is essential for this role
- Self-motivated, highly innovative that thrives in a fast-moving dynamic environment
- Have a hunter mindset and be comfortable making multiple outbound calls
- Comfortable in engaging with senior people in a variety of positions to build out knowledge of the prospect and embed the concept of Roomex
- Experience in using social networks in a business context, particularly LinkedIn
- Experience using multiple touch points to generate new business
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills essential
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM tools advantageous
