Withdrawing funds from your investment wallet is simple and can be done through either the Social Trading app or from your Personal Area (PA) under the Social Trading tab.
To withdraw from the Social Trading app:
- Log in to your Social Trading app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab and select Withdraw under your Investment wallet.
- You will now see a list of payment methods to choose from. Choose your preferred method and follow the prompts to complete your withdrawal.
To withdraw from the PA:
- Log in to your PA and click the Investment wallet tab.
- Select the Withdraw tab.
- You will now see a list of payment methods to choose from. Choose your preferred method and follow the prompts to complete your withdrawal
You can also head to the Social trading tab, click to Assets tab and select Withdraw under the Investment wallet card.
Note:
- Internal transfers are not possible for investors.
- If you have any trading account that was funded via a credit card in your PA, you must first perform a credit card deposit refund from your PA before withdrawing funds from your Social Trading wallet.
Your funds should reflect soon, depending on the payment method chosen. However, if this does not happen please contact Exness support for assistance.
